Recruiting and Outbound Sales Assistant

About the Role

• Quali-T Virtual Staffing is hiring for a growing insurance and financial services agency based in Ontario, Canada.
• The agency helps families with life insurance, health coverage, and investment planning, and it is expanding its team of licensed advisors.
• We are looking for a confident, outgoing assistant who enjoys talking to people on the phone.
• You will help the agency find and connect with licensed financial professionals and make outreach calls to businesses.
• If you are comfortable making calls, organized, and motivated by results, this role is for you.

What You Will Do:

• Find licensed insurance and financial professionals through LinkedIn, job boards, and online directories.
• Reach out by phone, email, and LinkedIn to introduce the opportunity and gauge interest.
• Book interested candidates into calls with the agency leader.
• Make B2B outreach calls to businesses to introduce the agency’s services.
• Track every contact, follow-up, and booked call in a CRM or spreadsheet.
• Follow up consistently with prospects who do not respond the first time.
• Send short daily or weekly reports on calls made and results.

What We Are Looking For:

• Strong spoken and written English.
• 1+ year of experience in cold calling, appointment setting, recruiting, or outbound sales.
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls and handling no professionally.
• Organized, with strong follow-up habits.
• Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and a good headset.
• Available to work Eastern Time business hours.
• Location: Remote - Philippines, Mexico, Guatemala, Colombia, Argentina, Brazil
