Salary: $120K - $180K pkg plus bonus
Associate – Cyber Incident Response & Digital RiskBe at the forefront of cyber, privacy and digital risk.An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate to join a specialist team working at the intersection of law, technology and crisis management.
This is a chance to move beyond traditional legal practice and work on complex, high-stakes matters where organisations need immediate, commercially focused advice in response to cyber incidents, data breaches and digital crises.
You'll work alongside leading practitioners, cyber specialists and crisis management professionals, advising clients when the stakes are high and the response matters most.
The opportunityYou'll work directly with clients and senior practitioners on matters involving:
- Cyber incidents, data breaches and privacy events.
- Privacy law, regulatory notifications and compliance strategy.
- Crisis response, stakeholder management and government engagement.
- Cross-border incident coordination.
- Post-incident remediation, risk mitigation and organisational resilience.
We're interested in speaking with an Associate who has experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Privacy, technology or regulatory law.
- Commercial litigation, disputes or investigations.
- Cyber security or data protection-related matters.
This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer looking to transition into cyber, privacy and digital risk, with the support and mentoring to develop specialist expertise.
