Branch Manager

As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance, culture, safety and profitability of the Orange branch.

This is an opportunity to establish a new operation, build a high-performing team and create strong customer relationships across the region.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you'll take ownership of branch performance across sales growth, customer service, people leadership, inventory management, warehouse operations, safety and financial outcomes.

You'll play a key role in driving business growth while creating a workplace where team members feel supported, engaged and empowered to succeed.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and develop a high-performing branch team
• Drive sales growth, profitability and customer retention
• Build strong relationships with customers and local businesses
• Oversee warehouse operations, inventory and branch performance
• Coach and support Internal Sales and Territory team members
• Ensure a safe, compliant and productive workplace
• Manage branch financial performance and operational outcomes
• Identify new opportunities to grow the business in the Orange region

About You

You'll bring:

• Experience leading a branch, operations or customer-focused team
• Strong leadership and people development skills
• A track record of driving sales and customer growth
• Warehouse, distribution or operational management experience
• Sound commercial and financial understanding
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A commitment to safety and customer service

Experience within automotive, aftermarket, trade, industrial, wholesale or distribution environments will be highly regarded.
