Brand Manager, EVT Hotels and Resorts

The role

Shape how our hotel brands show up for guests. As Brand Manager, you'll own the brand strategy and campaign delivery for your allocated brands within the EVT Hotels and Resorts portfolio, working with the Head of Marketing to turn brand ideas into real commercial growth. You'll also lead a Content Marketing Executive and help bring our internal communications to life for the brands you look after.

What you'll be doing

Co-creating and delivering brand strategy, planning and campaigns for your allocated brands, driving performance across accommodation, food and beverage, conferences and events, and loyalty

Working with hotel teams to deliver a consistent brand experience across every customer touchpoint, from digital and physical to emerging channels

Leading brand initiatives such as hotel openings, refurbishments and repositioning projects

Building brand partnerships that align with our values and growth targets

Guiding hotel-based marketing teams on local area marketing, including the rollout of standalone websites for independent hotels and F&B outlets

Managing the customer brand experience across websites, app, social media and new digital platforms, and evolving customer journeys using data and insights

Supporting the EVT Stays loyalty strategy with a customer-first approach

Optimising website content and brand visibility through SEO and emerging AI-powered search, keeping customer-facing information accurate and consistent

Developing gifting products and helping commercialise our brand and marketing services

Partnering with Group Communications on brand storytelling across owned, earned, paid and internal channels

Contributing to monthly marketing performance reporting and using insights to optimise results

Leading and developing your team

What you'll bring

A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline and at least 5 years' experience in brand and partnerships

A track record of turning brand and marketing strategy into measurable commercial outcomes

Experience managing integrated campaigns across a variety of channels, both proactively and reactively

A good understanding of digital marketing, website management, customer experience and how customers discover brands online

Experience developing and delivering new products or services

Strong analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to use customer, market and performance insights to make decisions

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to build relationships and influence a wide range of stakeholders

A creative mindset, a sharp eye for detail and a proactive approach to spotting opportunities
