Business Analyst

Salary: Eastern suburbs/WFH hybrid

Join an established organisation delivering technology improvements across critical operational environments. This role suits a Senior Business Analyst with utilities experience and exposure to IT and Operational Technology (OT) projects.

Key activities

• Lead discovery workshops, requirements gathering and process mapping.
• Translate business and operational needs into clear, testable requirements.
• Work with technical teams, operational stakeholders and vendors on system integration and data improvements.
• Support options assessments, business cases, UAT and implementation readiness.

Skills & experience

• Strong business analysis experience
• Utilities industry experience, with exposure to IT and OT technology projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience documenting processes, data and integration requirements.
• Comfortable working across Agile and Waterfall environments and attending operational sites as required.
