Why This Role Matters

Lead. Transform. Automate. Optimise.

As Corporate Technology Manager, you’ll lead the evolution of Hansen’s technology infrastructure, ensuring it remains secure, scalable, and aligned with business goals. You’ll shape how technology supports productivity and operational efficiency across a global organisation, with a strong focus on AI, automation, and next-generation technologies.

This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role. You’ll oversee modern workplace solutions, Microsoft 365, IT operations tooling, and essential IT processes while developing a forward-looking technology roadmap. You’ll also lead a team of four direct and ten indirect reports and partner with business units to identify technology opportunities that address business challenges.

Your work will help Hansen improve service delivery, strengthen its technology environment, optimise costs, and responsibly adopt emerging capabilities such as generative AI, cloud-native platforms, zero-trust architectures, edge computing, and intelligent automation.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the implementation and maintenance of secure modern workplace solutions that support remote and hybrid working environments.
  • Manage and optimise Microsoft 365 tools and services to improve collaboration, communication, and productivity.
  • Implement and manage ITOM capabilities, including ITSM, monitoring, and automation solutions, to strengthen service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Own key IT processes, including change, problem, and capacity management, while driving continuous service improvement.
  • Lead a globally distributed technology function, ensuring IT services remain consistent, reliable, and scalable across regions.
  • Develop a forward-looking technology roadmap aligned with business objectives, emerging technology trends, AI, and digital transformation.
  • Define and track KPIs related to IT efficiency, automation impact, cost savings, and service performance.
  • Manage technology budgets, vendor relationships, contracts, cloud costs, and technology consolidation initiatives to improve return on investment.
  • Partner with business units to identify opportunities to apply emerging technologies to business challenges and new value opportunities.

What You Bring

  • A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven technology management experience, supported by a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and operations.
  • Demonstrated experience deploying AI or automation solutions to improve IT operations.
  • Experience evaluating and integrating emerging technologies into existing infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with cloud economics and technology cost-optimisation strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of current technology trends, industry standards, and best practices.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience collaborating effectively across local, regional, and global teams.
  • A strong customer and service mindset, with a focus on responsibility, commitment, and open dialogue.
  • Strong prioritisation skills and the ability to manage tasks effectively.
  • A continuous-learning mindset and curiosity about emerging technologies and practices.
  • An interest in using technology to create measurable operational improvements and sustainable business value.
