The Opportunity

We're seeking expressions of interest for a Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Supply Chain Team.

In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering exceptional service to our customers by ensuring orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time. You'll work closely with internal teams, customers, and service providers to help keep our supply chain running smoothly while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

What you'll be doing

Processing domestic and international customer orders through SAP.

Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.

Investigating and resolving supply and demand issues, ensuring accurate processing of orders and documentation.

Contributing to process improvements, system enhancements, and project initiatives.

Maintaining SAP master data and ensuring work instructions remain current and accurate.

What you'll bring

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Experience using SAP is preferred but not essential.

Previous experience within FMCG, warehousing and logistics will be highly regarded.
