Tes is looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our Australian team and support schools across WA.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of a portfolio of education customers, building strong relationships, driving product adoption, improving retention, and identifying growth opportunities. You'll become a trusted advisor to school leaders, helping them unlock greater value from Tes solutions while contributing to improved outcomes for teachers and students.
Working closely with Sales, Onboarding, Professional Services and Support teams, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience from onboarding through to renewal and growth.
The Impact You’ll have
In this role, you'll be responsible for helping customers maximise the value of their partnership with Tes. Success will be measured through customer retention, growth, engagement and the strength of the relationships you build across your portfolio.
What You'll Be Doing
Manage a portfolio of education customers across Western Australia
Build trusted relationships with school leaders and key stakeholders
Drive product adoption, customer engagement, retention and growth
Conduct strategic account reviews to understand customer goals and identify opportunities to deliver greater value
Proactively identify and mitigate customer risk to minimise churn
Generate and progress upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
Monitor customer health, engagement and sentiment to support successful customer outcomes
Maintain accurate customer records, forecasting and activity within Salesforce
Collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, Professional Services and Support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
Travel as required to support customers across your region
What You'll Bring
5+ years' experience in Customer Success, Account Management or a similar customer-facing role
Proven success retaining and growing customer accounts
Experience within SaaS, technology or EdTech environments
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Commercial acumen and the ability to identify growth opportunities
Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform
Knowledge of the Australian K-12 education sector will be highly regarded
Current Driver's Licence and Working With Children's Check
