D365 CRM Developer

Fixed Term Contract until 30 June 2027| Hybrid Sydney CBD | Dynamics 365 | Power Platform | Azure

We are looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join a high-performing technology team and play a pivotal role in designing, developing and enhancing a large-scale Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environment supporting core customer, sales, service and marketing functions.

This is a hands-on contract opportunity where you'll own solutions end-to-end, from design and development through to deployment, support and continuous improvement.

Key activities:

Design and develop enterprise-grade solutions across Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform

Build and maintain custom functionality using C#, .NET, JavaScript, Dataverse, Plugins and Web APIs

Develop integrations with internal and external systems using APIs and Azure services

Improve platform reliability, performance and security through proactive engineering practices

Create and optimise Power Apps, Power Automate workflows and Power BI reporting

Help modernise legacy solutions, reduce technical debt and drive engineering best practice

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product teams and delivery partners in an Agile environment

Provide technical leadership, mentoring and guidance across the development lifecycle

Skills and experience required:

Proven experience delivering complex Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/CRM solutions

Strong development skills across C#, .NET and JavaScript

Deep expertise with Dynamics 365, Dataverse and Power Platform

Experience building plugins, custom APIs, integrations and automation solutions

Strong SQL/T-SQL and data modelling experience

Experience with Power BI reporting and analytics

Knowledge of Azure services, CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps and Git

Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Nice to have

Microsoft certifications such as PL-400 or related Dynamics 365/Azure certifications

Experience in regulated industries such as insurance, healthcare or financial services

Experience modernising legacy Dynamics environments

Automated testing and DevOps experience across Power Platform solutions
