Day-to-day duties will include:

  • Lead and deliver NAPCo’s IT and Data Strategy, including finance transformation, cyber security, AI adoption and whole-of-business technology priorities.
  • Oversee NAPCo’s enterprise technology platforms, IT services and network infrastructure, ensuring effective cyber security, disaster recovery, technology risk management and regulatory compliance.
  • Strengthen data governance, architecture, integration and reporting capability, including oversight of the Data Warehouse, Microsoft Fabric and Power BI environment.
  • Partner with business teams to improve systems, automate processes and deliver practical data, AI and technology solutions.
  • Take a hands-on role in investigating system and data issues, improving workflows and supporting the implementation of practical solutions.
  • Manage outsourced technology partners, contracts, service performance, risk, budgets and technology investments.
  • Lead system upgrades, asset lifecycle planning, user education and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor the role’s direct report, supporting capability development and effective delivery.
