Job description

Salary: $150000.00 - $170000.00 p.a. + Super + Commission

Enterprise Account Executive

Cybersecurity | Salesforce Ecosystem | High-Growth SaaS Vendor

About the Company

  • Fast-growing cybersecurity SaaS business operating within the Salesforce ecosystem, delivering a highly specialised security solution.
  • Consistent year-on-year growth with ambitious plans to at least double the business over the next three years.
  • Start-up mentality backed by an established product, loyal customer base and exceptionally low customer churn.

About the Role

This is a pure new business sales role focused on winning enterprise customers across Australia and New Zealand. You'll partner closely with a BDR who will generate and qualify opportunities before bringing you into the sales process, typically from the second customer engagement onwards.

You'll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, building relationships with senior technology and security stakeholders, and developing new opportunities both directly and through strategic consulting partners. This role is an individual contributor position today, with a genuine opportunity to step into a leadership role as the business continues to scale over the next 1-2 years.

Experience Required

  • Proven experience selling cybersecurity, SaaS, cloud or enterprise software solutions.
  • Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding new business sales targets.
  • Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles and engaging senior decision-makers.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate and close opportunities independently.
  • Comfortable operating in a highly autonomous, fast-paced, scale-up environment.
  • Salesforce ecosystem knowledge is highly desirable, although strong cybersecurity sales experience will also be well regarded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive net-new business revenue across the ANZ market.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from qualified opportunity through to close.
  • Build relationships with CISOs, CIOs, IT leaders and Salesforce platform owners.
  • Develop opportunities through both direct sales activity and strategic partner relationships, including leading consulting firms.

Benefits

  • Clear pathway into a sales leadership position as the organisation continues its rapid growth.
  • Strong earning potential, supported by enterprise deal values.
  • Flexibility, autonomy and the opportunity to make a significant impact within a high-growth cybersecurity business.
