Expert Team Lead Software Engineering

You will lead AI Tutors delivering training data and evaluations. You will review labeling work, manage performance, maintain quality standards and taxonomies, develop training and certification materials, improve operations using KPIs, and coordinate labeling strategies with Human Data Managers and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quality and delivery for assigned Human Data projects.
• Review work for accuracy, consistency, guideline adherence, and data quality.
• Lead, coach, and performance-manage AI Tutors.
• Participate in labeling and review tasks.
• Manage taxonomies and quality-assurance processes.
• Resolve operational bottlenecks and track KPIs.
• Create and deliver training, practice, and certification materials.
• Translate model needs into labeling strategies and requirements.
• Document outcomes and report project status, risks, and results.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in data labeling, annotation, AI training or evaluation, content quality, or similar operational domains.
• Professional experience building scalable, high-performance technology applications.
• Experience with data-quality metrics, annotation processes, and guideline-driven workflows.
• Understanding of AI and machine-learning concepts and training-data quality.
• Experience with performance management, coaching, training-program development, and certification frameworks.
• Residence in the United States, Dubai, Ireland, the United Kingdom, Japan, India, Indonesia, South Korea, the Philippines, or Singapore.
