About the role

As a Sales Assistant at Prouds Mount Isa, you'll do far more than process transactions.

You'll become a trusted advisor, taking the time to understand each customer's story, recommending the perfect jewellery or watch and helping them celebrate some of life's most meaningful occasions with confidence and professionalism.

You'll enjoy:

Discovering customers' needs and confidently recommending products they'll love.

Presenting our beautiful jewellery collections to the highest standards.

Assisting with stock management, merchandising and day-to-day store operations.

We're looking for someone who:

Is a natural people person who genuinely enjoys meeting new people and building relationships.

Has the confidence to start conversations and quickly build rapport with customers.

Loves selling and enjoys achieving outstanding sales results.

Is passionate about helping customers find the perfect piece, rather than simply processing transactions.

Has a polished, professional presentation and excellent communication skills.

Is enthusiastic, motivated and brings positive energy to every shift.

Takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences while confidently closing sales.

Has previous retail or sales experience (jewellery experience is advantageous but certainly not essential) and can be a keyholder from time to time.

Is reliable, flexible and committed to being part of a high-performing team.
