Fixed term until 30th June 2027
Circa $100k + Super
Melbourne CBD - but must have driving license.
Are you a hands-on Infrastructure Engineer looking for an opportunity to work across a diverse technology environment spanning on-premises infrastructure, cloud platforms and enterprise networking?
We're seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer to join a collaborative technology team supporting a large, geographically dispersed organisation. This is a varied role combining infrastructure operations, incident management, cloud administration, network support and technology delivery across multiple locations.
Working closely with internal stakeholders and service providers, you'll play a key role in maintaining and improving critical IT services while supporting ongoing infrastructure initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage infrastructure incidents, service requests and operational activities across a large multi-site environment
- Coordinate the resolution of cabling infrastructure faults and networking issues
- Support installation and deployment of WiFi access points and associated infrastructure
- Troubleshoot network performance, connectivity and infrastructure-related issues
- Coordinate equipment deployment, collection and relocation activities between sites
- Support infrastructure moves, adds, changes and technology refresh projects
- Assist with the administration and support of cloud and enterprise infrastructure services
- Work closely with vendors, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution
- Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure environments
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 technologies
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, connectivity and troubleshooting
- Experience administering Windows Server, Active Directory and related infrastructure platforms
- Ability to manage incidents, service requests and technical issues through to resolution
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and vendor management skills
- Experience working within ITIL-aligned support environments
- Ability to work autonomously whilst contributing to a collaborative team
- Current Australian Driver Licence
- Exposure to both cloud and on-premises technologies
