As our new IT Operations Support officer you will be a part of a collaborative IT Operations team that provides support and coverage across key business hours for our Corporate, Manufacturing, Distribution and Stores Network in ANZ. You will be:

• Managing Support tickets for the Wattyl business and provide timely solutions to problems
• Provide efficient and effective Tier 1 and Tier 2 Operational support for all ANZ Sites, systems applications, software and hardware
• Monitor, Administer and Support the existing Stores POS System to ensure maximum availability and minimise downtime
• Work with third party Vendors in the support of systems
• Install, configure or modify system hardware as required

Have You Got What We’re Looking For?

• Tertiary qualifications in IT or related discipline
• At least 2 years’ experience with Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Windows Server, Exchange, Windows Desktop Suite and cloud Microsoft 365 technologies including Azure Active Directory, Exchange, End Point Manager, SCCM/Intune.
• Experience with VMWare and general knowledge of cloud technologies .
• Previous experience with POS systems would be ideal.
• Provisioning, configuring new and lifecycle Apple OS devices, with Mobile Device Management (MDM) enrolment via Intune
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent analytical problem-solving skills with the ability and willingness to build relationships with business partners and offshore team members
