We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Coordinator for a 12-month fixed-term contract, with an ASAP start, to join our Scoresby, VIC team. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations across inbound, outbound and kitting activities while leading and supporting a small team.

Working closely with the Logistics Team Lead, you'll help ensure the warehouse operates safely and efficiently while delivering a high standard of service to internal and external customers.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Coordinate daily warehouse operations across inbound, outbound, kitting and dispatch activities to meet customer delivery requirements
  • Lead, coach and support a small team, fostering a safe, productive and collaborative work environment
  • Assist with workforce planning, training and daily task coordination to keep warehouse operations running smoothly
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, quality and warehouse processes while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with HSE policies, procedures and housekeeping standards

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment, ideally in a coordination or leadership role
  • Experience leading and developing a small team, with a strong focus on customer service
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and collaborate across multiple teams
  • A current HR forklift licence, or willingness to obtain one, and experience operating warehouse equipment
  • The ability to learn new systems, with SAP or other warehouse management system experience highly regarded
  • A First Aid Certificate would be beneficial but is not essential
