What’s the role?

You'll be the go to banking partner for a portfolio of commercial customers across Mackay and the surrounding region. Every day brings something different as you connect with local business owners, learn about their goals and help them navigate opportunities with confidence.

You'll manage a diverse portfolio while building your presence in the local market and growing strong customer and referral relationships. Backed by an experienced team and specialist support, you'll work across a broad range of lending solutions, from working capital facilities through to more complex commercial structures.

This is a full time role based in Mackay on Yuwi Country.

What do I need?

• Strong commercial lending experience, including the ability to structure more complex lending solutions

• Well developed credit skills across cashflow lending, financial analysis and risk assessment

• A proven ability to build trusted customer relationships and identify opportunities for growth

• Strong networking and business development skills with the confidence to expand local referral networks

• A genuine curiosity about customers, their industries and what success looks like for their business
