With teams across Australia, New Zealand, the Philippines and Vietnam, we work as one team with a shared purpose. We’re proud to be a certified Great Place to Work and WORK180’s #1 Employer for Women. At hipages, you’ll find real impact, career growth and a workplace where everyone belongs.
About the role
The Sales Enablement Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring our sales team is equipped with the right tools, content, training, and support to drive productivity and performance. Reporting to the Sales Enablement Manager, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally to deliver onboarding programs, manage enablement tools, curate sales content, and support training initiatives.
Why join our sales team?
- 💰 Competitive salary plus bonus, benefits, and everyday discounts
- 🪴 Help tradies grow their businesses
- 🤸 In-house Talent Development team to prioritise personal and career growth
- 🧑🏫 Hands-on learning opportunities and workshops for continuous upskilling
How you will add value:
Sales Onboarding & Training
- Facilitate engaging, structured onboarding experiences for new sales team members, while driving the evolution toward a primarily asynchronous, e-learning-based model.
- Coordinate and track training sessions, certifications, and learning paths.
- Coordinate and occasionally deliver ad-hoc sales training across product and processes - including calendar management, invites, feedback, and logistics
Sales Content & Tools Management
- Maintain a centralised repository of sales collateral (e.g., playbooks, scripts, decks, case studies).
- Ensure sales enablement tools (eg., Sales Confluence, Salesforce Knowledge and HiBob LMS) are up to date and user-friendly.
- Partner with our P&C Talent Development team to best utilise our LMS to deliver onboarding and ongoing skills development for sales team members, aligned with career pathways.
- Collaborate with marketing and product to stay ahead of the latest updates and campaigns, keeping sales collateral aligned and reflective of current messaging.
- Collect feedback from the sales team to continuously improve programs and materials.
- Help prepare sales playbooks, cheat sheets, and competitive battlecards.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Manage logistics and documentation for enablement initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with our Manila-based Quality Assurance team to ensure training content is up to date and consistent across all sales channels.
- Support ad-hoc enablement requests from sales leaders and reps.
About you:
- 3 years’ experience in sales enablement, sales operations, learning & development, or administrative support roles.
- Experience in B2B sales environments or high-velocity sales teams.
- Experience building or updating training documentation, knowledge bases, or onboarding checklists.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and balancing competing enablement needs.
- Demonstrated experience facilitating training, workshops or presentations to groups — comfortable holding the room and adapting on the fly.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset.
- Proficiency in tools including Salesforce, Google Workspace and LMS platforms.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and adapting in a fast-paced environment.
Life at hipages:

You’ll use the best tools and tech, with real impact on our products and customers. We invest in your development and lead with coaching, not micromanagement – it’s why 85% of our team say their leader is great.
And there’s more:
- Diverse, collaborative teams that love solving problems
- Agile squads, hackathons, off-sites and roadshows
- Extra leave for birthdays, volunteering, and more
- Healthy snacks, continental breakfast and fresh fruit
- Sydney CBD office near Town Hall and Gadigal Stations
- Tailored growth support, mentoring and stretch projects
- A vibrant social scene - we work hard and have fun doing it
We prioritise Diversity:
At hipages, innovation and collaboration thrive in diverse and inclusive teams. We don’t expect you to know everything - we care more about who you are as a person, a team member, and a leader.
We’re proud to be endorsed by WORK180 for supporting women’s careers and we value diversity across culture, age, gender identity and sexual orientation.
Research shows that men often apply when they meet just 60% of the criteria, while women and minority groups wait until they tick every box. If you think you’d be a great fit - even if you don’t meet every requirement- we’d love to hear from you.
We’re also a Circle Back Initiative Employer, which means we commit to responding to every applicant.
