Senior Account Manager – Recruiter

The Role

As Senior Account Manager – Recruiter, you’ll own the relationship, product adoption and revenue growth of a portfolio of SEEK’s Mid-Market Recruiter accounts across Queensland. You’ll be the voice of the customer, partnering across SEEK to solve challenges, unlock growth and deliver an outstanding client experience. You’ll report to the National Sales Manager – Recruiter and work closely with a national team of Senior Account Managers. This is an 8-month fixed-term opportunity.

What you’ll do

• Grow relationships, product adoption and revenue across Queensland
• Build portfolio plans and deliver quarterly targets and KPIs
• Lead consultative, solution-based growth strategies for customers
• Bring customer insight and competitive intelligence into SEEK
• Partner with Product, Marketing and other teams to solve customer needs

• Strong solution selling and strategic account management experience
• A proven track record of delivering revenue growth
• Commercial acumen, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Confidence influencing stakeholders and championing customer needs
• Recruitment industry knowledge or digital product experience

Essential Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in solution sales and account management, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth
• Skilled at building client trust, gathering insights, and translating them into actionable recommendations
• Strong commercial acumen with solid consulting and complex solution-selling experience
• Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and represent the voice of the customer back into product and marketing teams
• Experience with digital products is a plus

• Good understanding of the recruitment industry and end-to-end recruitment process
• Exceptional communicator and negotiator, comfortable influencing at all levels
• Thrives in fast-changing environments, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively to deliver outcomes
