About the role

The Senior Developer supports the Communities and Families Portfolio. The role works collaboratively within a small team to develop and deliver solutions across multiple projects within the portfolio including design, development, and deployment services. The role also provides support for minor enhancements, break/fix maintenance, and ongoing system improvements across a range of departmental system solutions.

This position requires a highly skilled Siebel Developer with extensive experience and expertise across a broad range of Oracle and Microsoft technologies and application designs.

About you:

  • A relevant IT related degree or qualification will be highly advantageous to this role.
  • Certification in PRINCE 2 or other project management methodology is highly desirable.
  • Certification in ITIL methodology highly desirable.
  • Extensive experience as a Senior Developer within medium to large government or commercial organisations.
  • Proven expertise in software design patterns, development standards, and application frameworks.
