The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Integration Architect to join our Global IT team, based in Kewdale, Western Australia.
Reporting to the Global Director Applications, this role will play a key part in driving system integration and workflow automation initiatives across our global business. You will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering innovative technical solutions that connect business systems, streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
Working closely with executive stakeholders, business process owners and technical specialists, you will lead integration and automation projects from initial concept and solution design through to implementation and ongoing support.

Duties & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Global Director Applications, your key responsibilities will include:
- Lead the design, development and delivery of system integration and automated workflow solutions across the global business.
- Collaborate with executive sponsors and business stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, timelines and technical requirements.
- Design and document technical solutions, presenting recommendations to key stakeholders for review and approval.
- Develop and manage Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) to enable seamless integration between business systems and platforms.
- Identify and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) opportunities to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of integration and automation projects, including development, testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), implementation and go-live.
- Work collaboratively with the Global IT team, business process owners, subject matter experts and external consultants to deliver successful project outcomes.
- Oversee ongoing support, maintenance and continuous improvement of implemented integrations and automated workflows.
- Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with established project management, change management and release management processes.
- Provide regular project updates and progress reports to executive stakeholders.
- Contribute to strategic IT initiatives and support the ongoing development of integration capabilities across the business.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar integration architecture, systems integration or technical solutions role.
- Proven experience designing and delivering complex system integrations across multiple platforms.
- Strong technical expertise in developing, managing and maintaining APIs.
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath or similar platforms.
- Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, ideally Pronto or a similar platform.
- Sound knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, integration methodologies and industry best practices.
- Experience with Power BI or similar data analytics and reporting platforms.
- Proven ability to manage complex technical projects, ideally within a global or multi-site organisation.
- Qualifications in project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, PMBOK or Agile.
- Strong understanding of IT security standards, data management and governance principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- A collaborative approach, with the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the business.
- Willingness to undertake occasional domestic and international travel.
