Senior Marketing Associate, Customer Engagement

• Design and manage automated, multi-step customer journeys across relevant lifecycle stages
• Own day-to-day journey health monitoring — tracking volumes, engagement and conversions to surface issues and opportunities
• Use performance and customer insights to recommend and prioritise journey optimisations
• Translate customer insights, business requirements and pain points into journey briefs, audiences, messaging and channel plans
• Build and manage audience segments using customer data and behavioural triggers
• Partner with technical platform teams to resolve data, integration, automation and deployment issues
• Support journey roadmap development across 8 APAC markets in collaboration with the Marketing Manager
• Proven experience in marketing and using enterprise marketing automation software (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred)
• Expertise in building complex, multi-step, multi-channel customer journeys end to end
• Experience with segmentation, personalisation, customer data and behavioural triggers
• Proven ability to monitor journey performance, interpret results and turn insights into action
• Working knowledge of audience management, automation workflows, email deployment and reporting
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align priorities across cross-functional teams
