Be part of a team that supports the future of electrification

Join ABB’s Electrification Service team in Australia and help support the commercial engine behind our service growth. This part-time hybrid role is based at our Moorebank, Sydney office and is ideal for someone who enjoys combining sales support, data insights, customer intelligence and marketing activity to help a high-performing team make better commercial decisions.

Your role and responsibilities

  • Support Salesforce reporting, pipeline analysis, dashboards and sales insights for the Australian Electrification Service team.
  • Assist with customer segmentation, account planning, sales process improvements and commercial transformation initiatives.
  • Provide market research, customer intelligence and opportunity support to Business Development Managers and Service Sales teams.
  • Develop and maintain sales and marketing content, including customer presentations, case studies and campaign support materials.
  • Help coordinate knowledge sharing and best-practice collaboration between Australian and international Electrification Service teams.
  • Support strategic projects including growth initiatives, market analysis and business planning activities.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in sales support, commercial operations, marketing, business analysis, customer service or a related discipline.
  • Confidence working with data, CRM systems and reporting tools; Salesforce experience would be highly regarded.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with sales, service, marketing and leadership stakeholders.
  • Good commercial awareness with an interest in customer segmentation, pipeline management, market research and sales performance.
  • High attention to detail, strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a part-time role.
  • A proactive, curious and improvement-focused mindset.
