Welcome and connect with customers, understanding what they need and offering support

Build your knowledge of our beautiful product, new arrivals and styling techniques

Support customers across the shop floor, fitting rooms and payment areas

Keep the store looking its best - replenished, organised and easy to shop

Process transactions efficiently while meeting sales targets

Handle stock management tasks, including restocking and inventory checks

Support the wider store team throughout busy peak trade, celebrating the wins together

Bring energy and enthusiasm to every shift

Be prepared to learn on the go and be curious

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

At least 1 - 2 years of retail experience (ideally in fashion)

A genuine interest in fashion, product and people

Confidence engaging with customers and creating a great shopping experience

A positive, curious and team-focused approach

The ability to adapt and work at pace

Strong communication and a proactive mindset

Flexible availability across weekdays, weekends, late nights and public holidays
