Lead and develop a shared services team, driving quality support, operational excellence and customer service as the Support Hub Team Leader.

As the Support Hub Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in providing line management and values based leadership to a team of Enterprise Support Officers, working collaboratively to deliver effective, efficient, and quality administrative support services that contribute to the smooth functioning of yourtown.
In the Support Hub Team Leader position, you will:
- Leading and supporting a team of Enterprise Support Officers to deliver high quality, timely and customer focused administrative services in line with service standards and SLAs.
- Overseeing the delivery of practical corporate support services, including meeting coordination and minute taking, corporate travel bookings, diary management, document preparation and other key administrative activities.
- Coordinating document and records management, preparing reports and correspondence, and overseeing accurate and timely organisational mail-outs and communications.
- Driving continuous improvement by reviewing processes, identifying efficiencies and implementing initiatives to strengthen service delivery.
- Providing expert advice and escalation support, resolving complex issues, queries and complaints.
- Overseeing operational performance, including workload management, quality assurance, compliance, and maintaining strong relationships with key business areas.
- Building and maintaining a high performing team through coaching, performance management, onboarding and ongoing development, aligned with organisational values and expectations.

- Experience leading and developing administrative, shared services, or business support teams in a fast paced environment.
- Strong people leadership skills, with a proven ability to motivate teams and drive high performance.
- Demonstrated experience improving processes, managing workflows, and delivering quality outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of an organisation.
- Experience overseeing quality assurance, compliance activities, and service delivery standards.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and manage competing priorities.
