ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking experienced Support Workers to join our casual pool in Kempsey, with flexibility to work 08:00 - 16:00 across the week.

As a Community Support Worker, you will support NDIS participants in supported accommodation, our day center and in community-based settings throughout the Kempsey region.

No two days are the same—your role may involve facilitating activities such as dancing, drama, karaoke, cooking, drumming, swimming, fishing, walking, or other recreational and skill-building opportunities.

WHO YOU ARE

Certificate III in Individual Support or Disability (Required)

Current NDIS Worker Check or the ability to obtain

Current Working with Children Check or the ability to obtain

NSW Driving License and own vehicle with comprehensive car insurance.

An energetic, positive attitude with a genuine interest in and compassion for people

Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a team

Ability to observe accurately and follow directions precisely

Intermediate computer skills and/or open to learning new technology

A commitment to ongoing learning and development

Flexibility to be able to work a range of shifts during the week and weekends

Commitment to work in harmony with Catholic Values and Principles
