Job description
Salary: $100k + super
We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to join a collaborative IT team in a broad, hands-on technical role.
This opportunity would suit an IT infrastructure all-rounder who enjoys troubleshooting, solving complex problems and working across a varied technology environment. You don't need to be a specialist in every technology - we're looking for someone with strong technical foundations, curiosity and the ability to investigate problems and work through solutions.
The Role
- Providing Level 2/3 technical support and resolving more complex infrastructure issues
- Troubleshooting technical problems, identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions
- Supporting and administering Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Exchange Online
- Supporting Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP
- Supporting cloud and hybrid environments, including Microsoft Azure
- Supporting technical projects and infrastructure upgrades
About You
- 5 years of experience in systems administration & infrastructure support
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability
- Good experience with Microsoft 365
- Strong Windows Server and Windows desktop/SOE knowledge
- Experience with Azure and Entra ID
- Active Directory and Group Policy experience
- Exposure to Intune and/or Autopilot
