Bring your expertise to our team as a Senior Microsoft Intune Engineer. In this contract role, you will be responsible for the transition of our Windows 11 Standard Operating Environment (SOE), imaging, and application deployment capabilities from SCCM to Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot. You'll play a key role in delivering a modern, cloud-first endpoint management strategy while maintaining hybrid co-management with SCCM throughout the transition.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the migration of Windows 11 endpoint provisioning and management from Microsoft SCCM to Microsoft Intune.
  • Design and implement Windows Autopilot solutions for device provisioning and lifecycle management.
  • Modernise application packaging and deployment using Intune and Microsoft 365 technologies.
  • Maintain and optimise SCCM/Intune co-management during the transition period.
  • Develop endpoint security, compliance, configuration, and software deployment policies.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and support teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Provide technical leadership, best practice guidance, and troubleshooting expertise across the endpoint management environment.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Active Baseline Security Clearance is required
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to quickly understand current state and transitional requirements for endpoint modernisation
  • Significant experience in similar enterprise M365 environments, including product experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM and Endpoint Manager
  • SOE deployment and App packaging (W10/11)
  • Excellent communication skills with strong technical documentation capability
