The Opportunity
We're looking for a Territory Manager to join our growing Sage team in Queensland.
This is a newly created role driven by the continued growth of our business and an exciting opportunity to make your mark. Working across hospitals and healthcare facilities across Brisbane North, Sunshine Coast and North Queensland, you'll help customers improve patient outcomes through our Infection Prevention and Pressure Injury Prevention solutions.
We're looking for someone with a hunter mindset who enjoys creating opportunities, winning new business, and building strong customer relationships. You'll work with a wide range of healthcare stakeholders, from frontline clinicians through to key decision-makers, becoming a trusted partner and driving growth across your territory.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a broad range of healthcare stakeholders, including wound care clinicians, infection prevention, nurse educators, nursing leaders, allied health professionals, procurement teams, and other key decision-makers across the healthcare setting.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, challenges, and priorities to identify opportunities that support both improved patient outcomes and business growth.
- Become a trusted partner to customers by providing product knowledge, clinical support, education, and ongoing guidance.
- Identify, develop, and grow new business opportunities while strengthening existing customer relationships and expanding product adoption across the territory.
- Work closely with customers to support product evaluations, implementations, and successful contract outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Clinical Consultants and Customer Service, to deliver a positive and seamless customer experience.
- Maintain regular engagement with customers through site visits, educational sessions, presentations, meetings, and industry events.
- Build strong networks across healthcare organisations and develop meaningful relationships with both clinical and commercial stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and support business growth.
Who You Are
Minimum Requirements
- Proven success in sales with a track record of exceeding targets (3+ years)
- Strong communication and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences
- Strategic mindset with business acumen and market analysis skills
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within QLD and surrounding regions
Preferred Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Health, Business, Nursing, or related field
- Knowledge of hospitals and selling in the healthcare setting
