Bellen van potentiële klanten en interesse wekken in de diensten
Volgens eigen script afspraken inplannen voor het salesteam
Klantgegevens nauwkeurig registreren in het CRM-systeem
Professioneel en enthousiast communiceren
Communicatief sterk en enthousiast aan de telefoon
Ervaring met telefonische verkoop (B2B is een plus)
Resultaatgericht en gemotiveerd om targets te halen
Perfect Nederlandstalig
Kennis van callcentersoftware of marketing/webshops is een plus
Blind typen of heel vlot uittypen is belangrijk.
