Desenvolvedor Full Stack

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Desenvolvedor Full Stack based in Brazil.

This is a dynamic full-stack development opportunity focused on evolving digital platforms, system integrations, automation, and internal technology solutions. You will work across both front-end and back-end environments, helping connect e-commerce platforms, ERPs, CRMs, and other business-critical tools. The role combines hands-on development with technical troubleshooting, process automation, and continuous improvement of digital channels. You will build and maintain APIs, Webhooks, and GraphQL integrations while developing new features for portals, landing pages, and internal applications. Your work will directly contribute to operational efficiency, system reliability, and a more connected technology ecosystem. The environment is well suited to an autonomous, analytical professional who enjoys investigating complex problems and turning them into practical solutions.

Accountabilities

• Develop and maintain integrations between e-commerce platforms, ERP systems, CRMs, and other business tools, ensuring reliable and efficient data flows across systems.
• Create, maintain, and improve process automations and data-processing routines that increase operational efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Develop new features and improvements for portals, landing pages, internal tools, and other digital products.
• Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of front-end experiences across digital channels, ensuring usability, reliability, and consistent performance.
• Diagnose, investigate, and resolve technical issues affecting web and mobile applications across both front-end and back-end environments.
• Build and maintain integrations using APIs, Webhooks, and GraphQL, ensuring robust communication between different platforms and services.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and fix bugs across application layers, analyzing complete user and system flows to determine root causes.
• Participate in the continuous evolution of application architecture, technical solutions, development practices, and integration patterns.
• Investigate technical challenges independently, propose practical solutions, and follow implementation through to completion.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to understand technical requirements, prioritize improvements, and ensure solutions support business and operational needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or a related field.
• Practical experience with JavaScript and/or TypeScript in web development environments, as well as Node.js.
• Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations using APIs, Webhooks, and GraphQL.
• Knowledge of databases and process automation tools, particularly n8n, with the ability to support automated data and workflow processes.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving technical problems across both front-end and back-end applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on approach to investigating technical challenges and implementing effective solutions.
• High level of autonomy and ownership, with the ability to investigate issues, recommend solutions, and manage implementation through completion.
• Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining a strong focus on reliability, efficiency, and continuous technical improvement.
• Experience with marketing, personalization, or analytics platforms such as Insider and AppsFlyer is considered a plus.
• Knowledge of mobile application development or support, particularly Android and/or iOS, is advantageous.
• Familiarity with native SDKs, WebViews, Progressive Web Apps (PWAs), and Deep Linking is a plus.
• Experience with Server-Side Tracking is considered an advantage.
• Previous experience integrating with retail ERP or back-office systems is desirable.
