The organization is flexible on level and will consider an accomplished Manager or a Senior Manager caliber candidate who brings the right experience.

This Role Offers:

Focus:

  • Coordinate specialized tax matters with internal experts and external advisors, including cross border, transfer pricing, and indirect tax topics.

Skill Set:

  • 7 or more years of progressive Canadian corporate tax experience in a large company, public accounting, tax advisory, or comparable environment.

  • Hands on exposure to the tax aspects of mergers, acquisitions, integrations, restructurings, or other strategic transactions.
  • Experience supporting corporate tax audits and communicating with tax authorities or external advisors.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related discipline. CPA, graduate tax education, MBA, or law degree is an asset.
