Contract Recruiter, GTM
Job description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Contract Recruiter, GTM based in Canada.
This is a hands-on recruiting opportunity supporting the continued growth of a global go-to-market organization. You will take ownership of live requisitions across sales, revenue operations, partnerships, and related commercial functions, with responsibility for delivering qualified talent quickly. The role is strongly focused on outbound sourcing, as many target candidates are passive and require proactive engagement. You will work closely with a dedicated GTM recruiter and sales leadership across multiple markets to calibrate roles and build effective hiring pipelines. Established processes, tools, and interview structures are already in place, allowing you to focus on execution, candidate quality, and recruiting throughput. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced recruiter who can operate independently and make an immediate impact in a fast-moving environment.
Accountabilities
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process for open go-to-market positions, including SDR, sales, Sales Manager, revenue operations, and partnerships roles, from initial sourcing through offer and closing.
- Develop and execute proactive outbound sourcing strategies using multiple channels, with a particular focus on identifying, engaging, and converting high-quality passive candidates.
- Partner closely with sales leadership and the GTM recruiting team to calibrate roles, understand market conditions, assess compensation positioning, and adjust requirements when necessary to support hiring timelines.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines while ensuring that sourcing activity and recruiting progress remain aligned with business priorities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline information in the applicant tracking system, providing hiring managers and leadership with clear visibility into candidate progress and hiring activity.
- Deliver a consistent, professional candidate experience through timely communication, thoughtful follow-up, and effective coordination throughout the recruitment process.
- Leverage AI tools and modern recruiting technologies to improve sourcing efficiency, candidate identification, workflow execution, and overall recruiting throughput.
- Manage recruiting priorities independently after receiving initial context and role briefings, proactively identifying challenges and taking action to keep searches moving forward.
- Bring 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including substantial experience hiring for go-to-market functions such as sales, SDR, revenue operations, partnerships, or related commercial roles.
- Have fluent English proficiency, with the ability to communicate confidently with hiring managers and senior leadership in English on a daily basis.
- Have fluent Spanish proficiency, with Portuguese considered a significant advantage for supporting recruitment across multiple markets.
- Be based in Colombia and comfortable working remotely in a full-time capacity.
- Demonstrate strong sourcing expertise across Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, referral networks, competitive talent mapping, and other proactive candidate-identification methods.
- Bring prior contract or agency recruiting experience, ideally with a proven ability to join active searches, quickly understand requirements, and produce qualified pipelines with minimal ramp-up time.
- Have hands-on experience using applicant tracking systems, with experience using Lever considered an advantage.
- Demonstrate practical fluency with AI tools in recruiting and an ability to integrate them effectively into sourcing, research, screening, and workflow management.
- Be highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable operating independently with limited supervision once priorities and expectations have been established.
- Demonstrate strong communication, stakeholder management, prioritization, and execution skills in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
- 3–6 month contract engagement, with potential for extension depending on hiring volume.
- Full-time working hours with an immediate start preferred.
- Fully remote working arrangement within Colombia.
- Access to an office in Bogotá for candidates who prefer to work from an office environment.
- Opportunity to support high-impact go-to-market hiring across multiple markets and commercial functions.
- Hands-on exposure to modern recruiting processes, AI-enabled workflows, and established talent acquisition infrastructure.
- Opportunity to work closely with sales leadership and experienced recruiting professionals across an international organization.
- Strong focus on recruiting execution, sourcing, candidate engagement, and measurable hiring impact.
