Compensation & Role Details:

Expected Salary Range: The expected base salary range for this role is between $80,000 – $90,000 CAD, depending on experience and qualificationsRole Type: New RoleAI Disclosure: AI may be used during the hiring process.

Job Responsibilities

Reporting to the Senior Implementation Manager, Project Management, the Implementation Specialist – Project Management will:

  • Lead client software implementations from kickoff through go-live, ensuring projects remain on schedule and meet client requirements.
  • Build strong client relationships through a patient, customer-focused, and consultative approach.
  • Review and document civil construction workflows, including project management, equipment management, production tracking, job costing, and field operations.
  • Help clients align their processes with the software and recommend practical improvements where appropriate.
  • Develop and manage project plans, milestones, action items, risks, and client communications.
  • Coordinate with client stakeholders and internal teams to resolve issues and deliver agreed-upon outcomes.
  • Prepare customization requirements and obtain client acceptance.
  • Deliver training and explain system functionality to technical and non-technical users.
  • Maintain clear implementation documentation, including requirements, decisions, project status, and training materials.
  • Travel to client locations as required.

Job Qualifications

  • Three to five years of experience in project management, implementation, or operations within civil construction.
  • Strong understanding of civil construction workflows, including equipment management, production units, project controls, scheduling, and job costing.
  • Experience managing equipment utilization, maintenance, production reporting, and operational performance is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project timelines, competing priorities, and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience training clients or end users is an asset.
  • Construction-management or construction-accounting software experience is an asset.
  • Ability to remain professional, patient, and composed in a client-facing environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
