Lead Product Manager, Agentic Personalization
Job description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Product Manager, Agentic Personalization based in Canada.
This is a founding product leadership opportunity focused on creating a new generation of AI-powered personalization for web and mobile experiences.
You will define a product that enables enterprise teams to automate audience selection, content creation, experimentation, and optimization through intelligent agents.
The role combines zero-to-one product development, technical strategy, customer discovery, and commercial ownership.
You will work directly with senior leadership while partnering closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success.
A key focus will be designing agent workflows that balance autonomous execution with appropriate human oversight and trust.
You will help establish product-market fit, shape the roadmap, and connect product decisions directly to revenue and growth objectives.
This is a high-visibility, high-autonomy role suited to a product leader who thrives in ambiguity and moves quickly.
Accountabilities
- Define the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and sequencing for an AI-powered personalization platform, from initial concept through product-market fit and scale.
- Conduct deep customer discovery with enterprise product and growth teams to understand current personalization workflows, pain points, trust requirements, and opportunities for automation.
- Translate customer insights into a focused roadmap tied to measurable revenue and business milestones.
- Design the agent experience, determining which activities can be handled autonomously—such as audience creation, content variants, experimentation, and traffic allocation—and which require human approval.
- Develop feedback and learning loops that progressively improve agent performance, reliability, and customer trust.
- Partner closely with engineering and design to make informed product decisions around real-time data, infrastructure, caching, experimentation, and other technical trade-offs.
- Co-own go-to-market activities, including pipeline development, customer conversations, competitive positioning, and product messaging.
- Work with customer success to create implementation playbooks and ensure customers can successfully adopt and scale the product.
- Collaborate across engineering, design, sales, customer success, and executive leadership to create clarity and maintain execution speed in an ambiguous environment.
- Demonstrated zero-to-one product management experience, with a track record of taking products from an initial concept to meaningful revenue or adoption, ideally within B2B SaaS.
- Strong technical depth and the ability to evaluate architecture and infrastructure trade-offs at the product level, including real-time versus batch processing and caching strategies.
- Strong commercial judgment, with the ability to connect product roadmaps to pipeline generation, conversion, expansion, and revenue targets.
- Experience working effectively in small, autonomous teams where priorities evolve quickly and product leaders are expected to take significant ownership.
- Strong customer discovery and product-market-fit skills, with the ability to turn ambiguous customer problems into clear product opportunities.
- Experience working with AI, machine learning, automation, or agent-based products is highly valuable.
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to build trust with engineers, designers, sales teams, customer success, and executives.
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills, particularly when balancing automation with human oversight.
- Intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging AI technologies and their practical application to enterprise workflows.
- A hands-on, highly adaptable approach and a willingness to use AI extensively to accelerate product discovery, execution, and decision-making.
- Competitive annual salary of $240,000–$320,000 USD, with compensation designed to be location-independent under a remote-first model.
- Meaningful equity compensation.
- Fully remote work environment across North America.
- High-visibility opportunity to work directly with founders and executive leadership.
- Significant ownership over the strategy, product definition, sequencing, and go-to-market for a major new product initiative.
- Opportunity to build a category-defining AI product from the ground up.
- High-autonomy environment with small, fast-moving teams and tight product development cycles.
- Exposure to cutting-edge applications of AI agents, personalization, experimentation, and real-time customer data.
