What You'll Do

Breakfast Attendant Responsibilities

• Be the friendly face that convinces guests mornings aren't that bad after all

• Set up, stock, and maintain a breakfast buffet guests will rave about

• Keep hot items hot, cold items cold, and coffee flowing

• Maintain a clean, welcoming breakfast area

• Replenish food, beverages, and supplies throughout service

• Deliver warm, engaging hospitality to every guest

• Answer guest questions with confidence and positivity

• Help create an exceptional start to every guest's day

Restaurant Server Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm and genuine smile

• Take food and beverage orders accurately

• Share menu recommendations and features

• Deliver food and beverages efficiently

• Support food running and expo when needed

• Clear, reset, and maintain tables

• Process guest payments accurately

• Check in with guests to ensure they are enjoying their experience

• Work closely with the kitchen and fellow team members to create exceptional service

• Keep service areas clean, organized, and guest-ready

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality, restaurant, customer service, or retail experience is an asset

• Strong communication skills

• Friendly and professional attitude

• Food Safe Certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Ability to work weekends and holidays

• Ability to stand, lift, walk, bend, carry trays, pour coffee, and keep up in a fast-paced environment
