Job Summary
- Drives global data transformation programs that create a unified, trusted foundation for precise business performance measurement and modern sales execution.
Job Responsibilities
- Creates AI-ready GTM data transformation concepts and prototypes
- Coordinate requirements, testing, approvals and deployment across business, Finance, Sales Compensation and Enterprise Operations stakeholders.
- Establish clear governance, milestones, decision forums and risk mitigation for complex global programs.
- Challenge legacy approaches and introduce scalable, AI-ready data capabilities that improve accuracy, transparency and speed.
- Ensure solutions comply with company policies, data governance standards and applicable regulations.
Key deliverables/accountabilities:
- AI-ready GTM data foundation concept
- AI-based GTM ecosystem prototypes, digital twins
Education & Experience Recommended:
- Bachelor's or graduate degree in business, data, technology, finance or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Data science or AI track record
- Fluency in English language (both written and verbal).
