Stellenbeschreibung
Your role:
The mission is to define and deliver a product that clients value, that is technically feasible and commercially viable, and that stays competitive in its market. We judge this role on outcomes, not on features delivered.
The Product Manager is accountable for outcomes such as:
- Clients adopt the product, use it successfully and stay satisfied over time.
- The product contributes to the growth and profitability of IIM Solutions.
- The roadmap is clear, outcome-based and understood by clients, delivery and sales.
- The product keeps a differentiated position in its market, especially for Swiss banks, insurers and public institutions.
- Docucom and Domtrac stay coherent with the rest of the Mosaic suite and with our partner ecosystem.
Key
responsibilities
The Product Manager works with the product team (product engineering) and is expected to solve problems, not to hand out a list of features.
- Product vision and strategy. Define a clear vision and a product strategy for Docucom and Domtrac, tied to the strategy of IIM Solutions, and make the trade-offs explicit.
- Product discovery. Talk to clients every week. Test ideas early with prototypes and data, and address the four risks before building: value, usability, feasibility and business viability.
- Outcome-based roadmap. Own a roadmap built around problems to solve and measurable outcomes, not around dates and feature lists. Keep it visible to clients, delivery and sales.
- Prioritization and release planning. Prioritize the backlog with product engineering and the projects delivery team, and plan releases that balance new capabilities, quality and technical health.
- Client and partner engagement. Be the voice of the product with key clients and user communities, and work with the delivery teams on escalations. Develop partner integrations where they strengthen the offer.
- Market and competitive insight. Follow customer communication management and output management trends (including AI and document intelligence) and competitors, and turn them into product decisions.
- Commercial viability and go-to-market. Work with sales, marketing and finance on licensing, pricing, packaging and positioning within the Mosaic commercial model.
- Product performance. Define and track product metrics (adoption, satisfaction, quality, revenue) and use them to steer decisions.
- Product team leadership. Set the context for the team (objectives, constraints, client insight) and let it find the best solution.

- Proven record of working with empowered product teams: discovery with real users, prototyping, outcome-based goals.
- Ability to discuss architecture and technical trade-offs with engineers and to challenge them constructively.
- Experience with regulated clients (banks, insurers or public sector) and with enterprise-grade, long-lived software installations.
- Strong communication with clients and executives, including in difficult situations.
- Fluent English and German; degree in computer science, engineering, business or equivalent experience.
