Digital and Technology Manager

Job Purpose and

Key Responsibilities

· Hold strong partnership role with GSK business units or functions assigned, Algin and ensure top-down alignment with BU/Function senior leaders and stakeholders. Contribute on GSK China digital and AI transformation strategy and road map.

· Proactively identify and evaluate business opportunities, develop business cases together with commercial enablers (e.g. commercial excellence and strategy, market access and commercial operation etc.), and translate business challenges or opportunities into right tech solutions/services.

· End to end accountability for digital/tech deliverables to meet business requirements by close collaboration with tech solution team and other supporting functions.

· Project leadership: analyzing project requirements, assembling and lead the project team to deliver the expected outcomes.

· Partnership with tech solution team to promote & implement developed innovative tech solution and align with GSK tech governance model

· Partnership with external stakeholder, e.g. IoT/AI technology solution provider, to discovery opportunity that can support GSK business growth objective;

· Back end technical support（LAN, network, etc…）

· Accountable as Subject Matter Expert of digital service & solutions in assigned business units /functions

· Accountable for partnership with China BUs/functions on the delivery of global/local digital and AI innovative initiatives and solutions

Qualifications

· MBA preferred

· 3+Year experience of pharma/ health care IT/tech area preferred

· 8 +years’ experience in digital and IT role in Pharma, Retail, eCommerce and FMCG industry

· Experience of E2E accountability for at least 2 digital/AI innovation/transformation projects in Pharma, Retail, eCommerce or FMCG industry.

· Strong communication and influence skills with top/senior leaders

· Strong growth mindset, resilience, and agility
