职位描述

• 负责品牌私域营销策略的制定与落地，通过消费者运营驱动用户增长、活跃、留存及销售转化。
• 与CRM团队紧密协作，规划并推动会员招募、激活、留存及复购等全生命周期运营项目，提升会员价值及业务贡献。
• 负责微信生态（公众号、小程序、企业微信等）及其他私域触点的运营和营销活动策划执行，持续提升会员参与度和转化效率。
• 基于消费者洞察和数据分析，制定针对不同人群和会员分层的运营策略，推动消费者生命周期价值（LTV）提升。
• 协同品牌、电商、销售及外部合作伙伴，打造一致的消费者体验，并推动私域与电商业务协同增长。
• 建立并持续优化私域运营关键指标体系，监测营销活动效果及投资回报率（ROI）。

任职资格

• 本科及以上学历，市场营销、电子商务、商业管理等相关专业优先。
• 8年以上数字营销、私域运营、CRM或会员运营相关经验。
• 熟悉私域运营模式及会员生命周期管理，具备消费者增长或会员增长项目实操经验。
• 熟悉微信生态及主流数字营销工具，对消费者运营和用户增长有深入理解。
• 具备较强的数据分析能力，能够基于数据驱动业务决策和运营优化。
• 优秀的项目管理及跨部门协作能力，结果导向，执行力强。
• 良好的中英文沟通能力。

优先考虑

• 耐消品、家电、母婴、零售行业经验；
• 有 Growth Marketing、消费者增长或会员增长项目经验；
• 具备私域与电商协同增长项目经验者优先。
