Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning and execution across the APAC region.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Coordinate communication between teams and stakeholders.
  • Adapt project strategies to meet regional dynamics, particularly in China.
  • Ensure the project aligns with client expectations and requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead regular status meetings and provide updates to senior management.
  • Facilitate collaboration among internal teams to leverage expertise.
  • Drive the project towards timely and successful completion.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in IT settings.
  • Exceptional proficiency in project management methodologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical background with an understanding of IT systems.

  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

  Other Details:

This role requires a full-time commitment for the initial 4-5 months, transitioning to a reduced workload of 70-80%. The project duration extends until June 2027, with potential for extension. Candidates are preferred to be based in Asia, particularly China or Malaysia, to facilitate project demands.
