Senior Sales Executive

1.Manage sales process and maximize long and short-term results.

2.Sell ZEX business services and identify opportunities for cross-sell/up-sell and negotiate with customers to ensure profitable business.

3.Maintain relationships while managing and growing customers' base; Identify customer needs and potential opportunities.

4.Design detailed account plans.

5.Achieve CRM target.

6.Comply with reporting requirements to enable performance tracking.

Requirements

1.Over 5 years of sales experience in related area.

2.Sound knowledge of shipping industry.

3.Proficient skills in written and oral English.

4.Good experience in use of relevant IT office applications.

5.Negotiation skills, flexibility and winning attitude.

6.Strong customer orientation and market insight.
