About the Role
You will support our finance organization and be a driver of revenue growth. Working closely with sales and account management leadership, you will ensure quotas are met, we have efficient and scalable commissions processes in place, and define a path for short-term and long-term growth.
Your Area of Focus
- Build and maintain accurate, repeatable reporting and dashboards that provide visibility into revenue performance, quotas, commissions, and key operational metrics; perform ad-hoc and deep-dive analysis to identify trends, risks, and root causes.
- Support recurring sales compensation processes, including payout validation, commission reporting and reconciliation, quota management, attainment reporting, forecasting, and special incentive administration.
- Investigate compensation, quota, reporting, and data discrepancies end-to-end, identify the underlying cause and broader impact, and partner with the appropriate teams to drive resolution.
- Partner with Sales, Account Management, Finance, Business Systems, Enablement, and other stakeholders to define requirements, improve processes, and implement scalable operational solutions.
- Provide clear, actionable, best-practice recommendations to business leaders that identify opportunities to increase bookings, while demonstrating how proposed solutions empower Sales and Customer Success teams to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
- Own and execute recurring Revenue Operations processes with strong accuracy, prioritization, documentation, and communication, while progressively requiring less day-to-day direction as expertise grows.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation tools to streamline recurring workflows, improve data quality, reduce manual effort, and increase operational efficiency as the Revenue Operations function scales.
Your Professional Qualifications
- Required: 2-4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related analytical role, with strong attention to detail.
- Required: Experience in optimizing workflows leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Required: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including working with large datasets, formulas, lookups, and data validation.
- Nice to have: Experience using SQL to query and analyze data; experience with Snowflake or a similar cloud data warehouse is strongly preferred.
- Experience building reports and dashboards in Tableau or another business intelligence tool.
- Experience working with Salesforce or another CRM and the ability to quickly learn new systems and business processes.
- Structured problem solver with strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills who can identify root causes and communicate clear, actionable findings.
- Strong organization and prioritization skills with the ability to manage recurring deadlines and ad-hoc requests while maintaining accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
- Self-driven, curious, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic, results-driven environment with increasing ownership and accountability.
- Comfortable using AI-powered tools to support analysis, documentation, process improvement, automation, and productivity.
- Experience supporting sales compensation, quota management, forecasting, or sales performance reporting is preferred.
- Healthcare and SaaS experience is preferred but not required.
