Project Manager

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and strategic Project Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver web development projects from ideation to
• launch.
• Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure that all teams
• are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Monitor day-to-day project progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure alignment with marketing initiatives, business objectives, and
• global deadlines.
• Oversee the development of new website features, landing pages,
• integrations, and improvements.
• Act as the main communication bridge between developers, UI/UX, QA,
• marketing, and content
• Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives using
• Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Effectively communicate with and manage project stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical documentation.
• Coordinate handovers between development, quality assurance, and
• deployment teams.
• Maintain clear project documentation including requirements, workflows,
• timelines, and release notes.
• Prepare dashboards, status reports, and KPIs for management.
• Enforce process standards for efficient delivery.

Requirements

• BSc/BA in Computer

Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

3+ years’ experience in Project Management within Web Development or

Digital fields.

Understanding of web

technologies, and deployment workflows.

Experience with Jira, Asana,

Confluence, Figma.

Excellent communication and

stakeholder management skills.

Experience with Agile/Scrum.

PMP/Prince II or/and Agile/Scrum certifications

would be considered an advantage.
