In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing creative sales strategies for two exciting locations, strengthening our presence in regional markets, and acquiring new business partners. You move that:

• Active acquisition of new customers, as well as the development, maintenance and strategic growth of existing accounts
• Managing and expanding the MICE, Corporate and Leisure segments
• Conducting contract and terms negotiations with customers and business partners
• Planning and organising client events, sales calls and sales blitzes to build customer loyalty and attract new clients
• Developing and implementing sales-supporting marketing initiatives, as well as active telemarketing

You bring this with you:

• Completed vocational training or a degree in the hotel or tourism sector
• At least two years’ professional experience in the hotel industry
• Very good command of German and English; knowledge of other foreign languages would be an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office and standard hotel software systems; knowledge of OPERA would be desirable
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, a professional manner, and a strong focus on customer service and sales
