In this role, you will collaborate with customers, sales teams, and product development partners to configure, commission, validate, and continuously improve state-of-the-art test systems. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Define test system capabilities and configurations in collaboration with customers and sales teams.
- Perform electrical and functional commissioning of advanced test systems.
- Install test systems and conduct final acceptance testing at customer sites.
- Specify, execute, and document test scenarios, including the preparation of technical reports and validation documentation.
- Analyze complex technical issues and initiate effective corrective actions.
- Lead issue resolution activities from root cause analysis through implementation and verification of solutions.
- Coordinate activities across multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Share technical expertise and contribute to knowledge transfer within the team and product development organization.
- Support customers by diagnosing technical issues and delivering sustainable, customer-focused solutions.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and help enhance processes, methodologies, quality, and operational efficiency.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Degree, technical qualification, or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Mechatronics, Microtechnology, Nanoscience, Physics, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience in electronics design, measurement technology, test engineering, or test systems.
- Hands-on experience working with high-voltage systems (greater than 1 kV).
- Proficiency in using oscilloscopes and laboratory measurement equipment.
- Strong collaboration, teamwork, and communication skills.
- A structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to work.
- English language proficiency at B1 level or higher.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Experience working with semiconductor technologies, including SiC MOSFETs, GaN devices, and Si IGBTs.
- Familiarity with National Instruments (NI) toolchains such as PXI, cRIO, LabVIEW, and TestStand.
- Experience using Zuken E3.
- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar customer relationship management systems.
- Experience supporting customers in international or cross-functional environments.
