As our Senior Digital Performance Manager, you will be the key expert connecting marketing activity, customer acquisition and business results.
How You Will Make an Impact:
- Own and continuously improve the digital performance measurement ecosystem across the Baltics, including reporting, dashboards, tracking, attribution, SEO and performance insights that enable better marketing and business decisions
- Translate campaign, website and sales data into clear recommendations on CAC, CPA, ROI, conversion, channel mix and marketing efficiency
- Lead the development of marketing dashboards and reporting frameworks, ensuring reliable and actionable data for decision-making
- Drive tracking excellence across channels by establishing and maintaining UTM standards, tagging structures, attribution principles and data-quality controls
- Act as the marketing owner for GA4, tagging and measurement setup, working closely with Analytics, MarTech and IT teams
- Partner with media, PPC and SEO agencies, challenge recommendations, identify opportunities and ensure delivery of continuous improvements
- Review campaign performance and provide recommendations on optimization, testing and budget allocation
- Lead the development and execution of the Baltic SEO roadmap, including keyword strategy, content optimization, technical SEO and performance monitoring
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing websites, landing pages and digital customer journeys through data-driven optimization and experimentation
- Strengthen in-house digital performance expertise by improving ways of working, documentation and knowledge sharing
- Collaborate with Marketing, Business, Sales, Digital, Analytics, MarTech and IT teams across the Baltics
- Potentially lead and develop a small team as the function evolves
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- At least 5 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, e-commerce, marketing analytics or a similar field
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads and other paid media platforms
- Experience working with agencies and managing complex digital initiatives
- Strong knowledge of GA4, campaign tracking, UTMs, attribution and tag management
- Experience building dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau or similar tools
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to turn complex data into simple business recommendations
- Practical understanding of SEO, website optimization and customer journey performance
- Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of SQL, BigQuery or experimentation tools would be an advantage
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level
