As a Host, you’ll be one of the first friendly faces our guests meet and play an important role in making every stay and dining experience a memorable one.

We are looking for a warm, confident, and guest-focused Host to join our team. If you enjoy meeting people, creating genuine connections, and making guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive, we’d love to have you with us.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Welcome and greet guests warmly, creating a positive first impression.
• Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are comfortable and well taken care of.
• Answer telephone calls, take reservations, and communicate special guest requests.
• Understand and anticipate guests’ needs, providing attentive and personalized service.
• Assist guests with queries and provide helpful information and recommendations.
• Communicate effectively with the restaurant team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of menus, outlets, and available services.
• Attend daily briefings and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues.
• Follow IHG grooming, health, safety, and service standards.
• Report any guest comments, service concerns, or safety issues to the appropriate supervisor.
• Support opening, closing, and other operational duties as required.
• Help create memorable moments by making every guest feel genuinely welcomed and cared for.

What we need from you:

• Bachelor’s degree or secondary education certificate is required.
• Welcome and greet guests warmly, creating a positive first impression.
