What You’ll Do

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Global Talent Acquisition Shared Services Specialist to join our Global Talent Acquisition Services (GTAS) organization. In this role, you will support high-volume recruitment operations across EMEA by managing candidate applications, conducting initial candidate screenings, coordinating interviews, and guiding candidates through the recruitment process. You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional candidate experience while partnering with recruiters and hiring teams to meet aggressive hiring goals. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to delivering accurate, efficient, and professional recruitment support across diverse global markets.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

• Partner with global recruiters to prescreen candidates and guide them through each step of the recruitment process.

• Conduct high-volume screening interviews via phone for candidates in EMEA.
• Manage and process candidate applications from multiple channels including job boards, TTECJobs.com, email, WhatsApp, Facebook, chat, and phone.
• Evaluate candidate suitability based on required skills and performance indicators.
• Conduct language assessments and support virtual job fairs or group interviews.
• Respond to candidate inquiries promptly via chat, email, or phone, ensuring a smooth applicant experience.
• Schedule onsite and remote interviews for large volumes of candidates, even during peak periods or holidays.
• Maintain job postings across internal and external job boards.
• Accurately track and move candidates through recruitment steps using Applicant Tracking Systems and other tools.
• Meet hiring targets and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• What You Bring to the Role
• • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build positive relationships with candidates, recruiters, and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to assess candidate qualifications and identify role fit through structured screening interviews.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy when processing candidate information and recruitment transactions.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and other recruitment technologies.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams.
• Adaptability and resilience in a repetitive, metrics-driven environment with changing business priorities.
• Ability to meet productivity, quality, and service level expectations while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
