AI-Native Growth Marketer

Aurora Live is growing across Europe, developing new services and building a scalable commercial engine. We are looking for a hands-on marketer who can turn business priorities into campaigns and measurable growth, and rethink how modern marketing gets done.

You work hands-on across different channels; data driven email, our website, HubSpot, and other campaigns. You should be comfortable making an objective, figuring out what needs to happen and getting it live.

What will you do?

• Use AI tools such as Claude to materially improve how marketing is done: campaign creation, research, personalization for stakeholders, content production, and workflow automation.
• Identify existing marketing processes that can be rebuilt, automated or scaled with AI, and turn those into working solutions
• Bring practical experience of AI-boosted marketing — i.e. using AI to increase campaign output, shorten production cycles, improve personalization, and automate repetitive work.
• Continuously test new AI-enabled marketing tools, assess business impact, help the team adopt the ones that improve speed, quality or commercial results.
• Take part in the execution of B2B campaigns across data driven email and other channels, to take new services, features and commercial initiatives into the market
• Build campaigns hands-on in HubSpot and other marketing platforms, create and adapt messaging, content, landing pages and campaign assets
• Work closely with sales to turn marketing activity into qualified opportunities, pipeline and revenue, to bring significant impact of marketing to our business growth.

Who we are looking for

• You are a curious, hands-on marketer with a strong executor mindset. You enjoy figuring things out and don't wait for perfectly defined briefs or processes.
• You understand B2B marketing and are comfortable working with platforms such as HubSpot, website and data driven email marketing. You can move between thinking and execution: understand the commercial objective, build the campaign, launch it, read the results and improve it.
• You are naturally interested in technology and AI, but more importantly, you know how to turn new possibilities into better and faster work and stronger business results.
